Current Shipping and Fulfillment Information
- Delivery times are quoted in business days and are estimates only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders (depending on the country).
- All international orders require a phone number to accurately process. If a phone number is not provided, allow additional lead time as we will have to contact you with your supplied information to get your phone number.
Returns and Exchanges
- If an item does not fit correctly, please feel free to contact us and we will happily exchange it for a different size or color. Items must be in new, unworn condition. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and get the new item sent out within 1-3 days.
- Returns are free, and accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- No returns on Stickers.
Sizing and Care
- Like most apparel, RAD shirts and jerseys will shrink some. If you are happy with the sizing of your shirt, wash in cold water and hang dry. If you want it to shrink a bit, feel free to wash it in hot water and dry normally.
